Seal Description

Mirror - Color: Blanco
Power: Infinite
Action: Reflect
Essence: Order

As human beings, we carry many perceptions about ourselves and those around us. While views seem to be based on experience, all perceptions actually reflect the environment of our psyche. The White Mirror represents the mirror room, where you can look at your own reflection and see the truth about yourself.

As a Mirror, this Seal reflects things as they are, whether truths, beauties, or illusions. Here you may find unfinished work, dissonance from difficulties, or burdensome problems that keep you from the full expression of your Divinity.

Recognizing that all perspectives are related to the viewer's sight, the Mirror allows all viewpoints to be valid. Even when you face opposition, you understand all opinions as subjective truths, knowing that in your universe nothing is absolute and fixed.

The White Mirror invites us to investigate our source of reflections and polish the mirror of our mind. Therefore, all events in our life can be used to help us see more clearly. When we walk through reflection, we can enter the greater reality, the truth behind the mirror room.

In the Hall of Mirrors, there is no right or wrong, good or bad: there is only a reflection of what truly is. As you learn to see yourself, you begin to view your emotional reactions as signals indicating where to focus your attention for growth.

Yoga and Meditation Classes

Yoga classes offer a space where mind and body integrate, cultivating balance and well-being. It is not just about physical postures, but also about breathing with awareness and finding serenity through practice.

Each session invites you to dedicate a moment to yourself, combining movement, breathing, and calm. Over time, yoga strengthens the body, quiets the mind, and helps generate holistic well-being.

Mindfulness meditation sessions offer a space of calm where awareness helps inhabit the present. Through conscious breathing and observing sensations and thoughts, relaxation and mental clarity are encouraged.

Each encounter invites you to let go of stress and find serenity. Regular practice strengthens the ability to be present, generating balance and well-being in daily life.

These sessions are not just moments of stillness, but opportunities to cultivate calm and serenity.
